Items that may not qualify

Mounts and adhesive

Used adhesive pads, drilled mounting points, scratched housings or installation marks can affect eligibility.

Complete accessories

Include cables, cameras, sensors, remotes, brackets, manuals, adapters and other components supplied with the product.

Exchanges and cancellation

Order cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Exchanges may be handled as a return and a separate new order so the correct item can be selected.

Original outbound shipping may not be refundable.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for preference changes, ordering mistakes or incompatibility that was accurately described in the product information. CarSync will review exceptions when the store supplied an incorrect, damaged or confirmed defective item.
